Birthday Parties

• The bronze package provides the Party Room Rental for 90-minutes.
• 20 kids max
• This is a basic package that gets you access to the Party Room to have a DIY party.
• Party room has refrigerator/freezer and  counter space.

• The silver package provides a 2-hour birthday party experience.
• Package includes 20 kids max with two party options.
  • Option 1: 1-hour Pool Party (includes 15-minutes swim evaluation) & 1-hour Party Room
  • Option 2: 1-hour Gym Party (Free Play) & 1-hour Party Room
  • Both options includes 2 party hosts
  • You must bring your own food and paper products.

The gold package provides a 2.5 hour birthday party experience.

Package includes 20 kids max

• 1-hour activity of your choice
  • Pool
  • Gym with an instructor
  • Movie & Popcorn
• ​1 1/2 hours in the party room
• 2 Party Hosts
• 2 slices of pizza per child & 1 drink (water or juice)
• Table Clothes and Paper Products

Email Monica at Monica@randolphymca.org before booking your Birthday Party package to ensure your date and time are available.  Packages must be purchased within 24hrs of confirmation from Monica.

50% due at registration and remaining balance will be charged the day before the agreed upon date of event.

In order to receive the member price, the host of the birthday party must be a member.

Community member rates apply when party host does not have a membership.

• Changing Date Fee: $50
• Cancellation Fee: Forfeiture of initial 50% deposit

*Pool Parties: All children must be 7+. If under 7, 1 adult per 2 children must be in the pool.
