This class is a combination class that starts on land and ends in the water!

LAND COMPONENT: This class will incorporate FUNctional Fitness, preparing the body for real-life movements and activities. Our instructor will take you through a series of exercises to improve core strength, balance/coordination, flexibility, range of motion and mobility. Some of the movements in this class include pushing/pulling, squats, lunges, rotating, walking/jogging/running all with modifications for all fitness levels. Tuesdays 9:30-10:00 am

15-minute transition into the Warm Water Pool

WATER COMPONENT: Exercising in warm water increases joint and muscle strength and flexibility. It reduces spasticity and relaxes muscles allowing greater mobility with less pain. Not only does warm water feel good, it promotes relaxation, increases respiration and circulation. Tuesdays 10:15-10:45 am
