Full Body workout in a private, Personal Training Small Group Setting. TRX Training utilizes your body weight as the resistor. The angle and positioning of your body on TRX Straps determine the level of difficulty. The key benefit of TRX training is that you are working core and balance along with the targeted muscle group simultaneously. Adding free weights and mat work enhances the overall workout for peak results.
