This FREE event will be held outside! Ages 16 & up. Advanced registration is required! Max of 100 participants
During this 90-minute workout, our instructors will rotate through a series of different classes. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN MAT AND LIGHT WEIGHTS!
Classes include: Tabata, Abs, Barre, Boot Camp, Tabata Boot Camp, Cardio Kickboxing, Mixed Intervals, Yoga, Zumba & Line Dancing.
